Jenna & Dan
Historic Shady Lane Greenhouse Wedding
Pennsylvania Wedding Photographer
Jenna and Dan’s wedding at Historic Shady Lane right outside of York, PA is one that I was over the moon excited about for a number of reasons. For one, Historic Shady Lane has been on my venue bucket list forever- the sprawling property, lush plants, and of course, vintage greenhouse all make for a dreamy wedding aesthetic. However, the reason I was most excited for their wedding is because Jenna is someone who has become a dear friend of mine. I met her doing social media marketing for her real estate team, the Anthony Friedman Team. After years of working with her in a different capacity, I was beyond honored when she asked me to be her wedding photographer.
Her and Dan were obviously an absolute vision because…I mean, look at them. But even more than that, the energy of the day was just so peaceful and joyous, even though the weather conditions weren’t quite what we had hoped for. The rain clearly didn’t dampen the spirits of their day and that’s evident through these images.
I always say that weddings aren’t just a celebration of love for a couple, but for their entire family and their dearest friends. From Jenna’s first look with her dad, to all the guests dancing around Grandma at the reception- that is exactly what I’m talking about. I love when weddings are just a celebration of togetherness- that is when the experience is the most special.
