Francisca and Andy got married at the courthouse and wanted to celebrate with a photo session together around DC to commemorate the occasion!

 

We started off at Le Diplomate, which has become a favorite spot of mine for photo sessions. I’ve since gone back and eaten at Le Dip for my own little date night and GODDAMN- It’s a must visit for sure (order the profiteroles for dessert you will not regret it). After a champagne toast and some time soaking up the elegant ambience of the restaurant, we headed back to their room at the Willard Intercontinental where they ordered a pizza, ran through the hallways, pushed each other on a luggage trolley, and made out on the bathroom sink- all in a day’s work!

 

Documenting their elopement was truly a dream and they were such a blast to work with- I can always appreciate when my and my couples’ visions are in sync and we can just have a great time while documenting their memories!
